Cannot reach the company to get a statement

I reported the matter on 22 April 2015 and in my report already stated that I will more than likely receive some standard ******** message to indicate that the matter is being dealt with. So yes, I did receive a return message with a contact number that does not exist. How nice of JD financial services to give a quick answer with a non functional contact number and then it is case closed. So after many different attempts I still CANNOT get hold of JD financial services department dealing with Maravedi personal loans. If getting in contact with these people is such a challenge I cannot imagine how I will get a statement out of them or even convince them to take my name of the Blacklist for the R1000 odd that I allegedly owe them. I did pay the money and can prove it but how on earth do I even get hold of these people??
