Cannot get any statement of my account

I have tried for 2 days now to reach the Maravedi personal loans department but to no avail. JD Financial services has given me different numbers telephonically to try and a number on email. The number the operator gave me telephonically brought me to the reception of a shopping mall who has no knowledge of JD or Maravedi. The emailed number just rings and rings. So the frustration is that their inability to communicate and an obvious error on their side is affecting my credit report negatively and I cannot even get the opportunity to fix this. JD takes no ownership of the problem as well. I coincidentally realised through my search on the internet that I am not alone and that other consumers are out there with similar frustrations. The standard answer from JD will probably apply which will tell me that they are investigating the matter. What a load of nonsense? can someone take ownership and give me a real answer??
