BAD SERVICE FROM JD GROUP CALL CENTRE

Worse customer care ever!

I called in numerous times to get assisted with updating my profile with TransUnion only for the call center agents to pick up my call and continue with a conversation on the side. The next agent picked up and told me to hold. The next one said to me without even greeting "what are you holding for" and eventually dropping the phone. How great?

Long story short, I wasted my time and airtime trying to get this matter sorted because I'm still sitting with the same problem.
