Bad service from connect Fin , jd group finance house

After overpaying and settling my account , they still made the debit order run , after confirming they owe me a refund its been 7 working days and multiple emails sent the only person willing to help is Temba , the finance department just cannot care about the clients . Quick to take my money but ignores me when i request a refund .

Trying to complain wont help as they could not care less about the clients witch keeps the business alive . I thing we need to escalate this to top Management.
