Bad service delivery Bradlows

I bought 2 Grafton Everest lounge suite from Bradlows Mossel Bay. The one was exchanged 3 times and the other 2 times. Now Bradlows want to collect both lounge suits to take to factory for inspection. They do not want to give us replacement lounge suits for the time our suites are sent for inspection. This has been going on for more than 10 months. We wait for them to give feedback, but they do not give feedback unless we go into the store to ask what the situation is.
