Bad Service and unfair treatment

Goodday I wish to report my instalment purchase unfair treatment to me by Bradlows Westonaria from whom i bought goods amounting to R25098.75 on 21-12-2017. Included in above goods is a 49CM LG TV which i found damaged on 07-03-2018 when i came back from.work and have reported the matter to the store who requested that i bring back the TV for repairs but up to now they have not replaced or repaired my TV which is still covered by the warranty and also insured by Abacus Insurance. I am currently paying the instalment by debit order and also paying my Premium DSTV which i am not watching now but they keep on postponing the result of my query, please help me to get a new product from the store urgently
