Bad service and a very rude consultant

<p>Called in this morning enquiring about my account , spoke to Ntokozo Gumbi, what a rude agent oh my goodness. She requested for my ID number and as I was giving it to her she was dead quiet a minute later informed me she didnt get that however her phrase was so rude , I told her I don't appreciate her tone to my surprise she disconnected my call. I'm curious to find out if JD ever runs QA on their agents because most of them a pathetic. I hope I never call and ever speak to that consultant , what a **** human she is wow</p>
