bad service

I purchased a fridge from russells and in less than a month it stopped working.It took them 3 weeks to eventually give me another fridge and in that time I already lost out on about R2000 worth off food.In those 3 weeks I have contacted them several times only to find out that my complaint never even reach the suppliers but was pending at JD group offices.I have sent them an email but still never received any reply,but was quick enough to debt my account for the full monthly installments for a fridge I only used 8 days.What a *******
