Bad service

I requested a settlement letter for my account on 11/09/2017 and to date I have not received it. I called the call center 2 times and was promised i will received the settlement letter within 3 working days but I did not received it.

I went to a bradlows store and they could not help me with the settlement letter.

I fail to understand why it takes more than 10 days to send a settlement letter whereas other institutions you get it immediately. JD Group is a mickey mouse company and i will never recommend it to any one and will never ever ever purchase anything from them.

Send me my settlement letter so I can end ties with you jd group.
