Bad Customer service

I purchased an item online from Russells JDG on the 28 February 2024 with order #JDG*** and I haven't got my parcel. I keep recieveing delivery notifications from their courier and yet i never recieve my parcel.When I call the customer service they advise they will follow up on the matter and I have called about 5 times already and nothing is being done.
