Bad customer service

I was called by a debt collection agent from gbrummer on behalf of JD group financial services i made arrangements to pay my account as agreed,the agent became rude and dropped the phone in my ear when i asked about my balance and can he send me a statement. His name Alpheus said i dont have a right to ask any questions as he is the one that called im puzzled really how rude.This will be the last time i buy from JD group
