Bad Bad Bad Service

Hi, I'm really unhappy with the service I got from your agent at Centurion Mall. First of all when I purchased my goods his attitude was all good while processing my application. As soon as the application was approved and completed everything changed....When i finished at the till He informed me that there is no staff to assist me with the transportation of my goods to my car, he just told me straight forward that i had to go look for a trolley(from another store) and come back to collect my goods,how is that for customer service????<br> <br> A few months down the line,my place got broken into and my stuff was ******. Assuming that my insurance would cover the damage or at least settle the debt on my account LIKE HE EXPLAINED IT TO ME, I called the number that he provided me with. After 2weeks of struggling to get hold of him He told me that it was just a life cover insurance on my account. <br> <br> THE PROBLEM I HAVE WITH THAT IS:<br> 1. He is trying to make me out as a ****<br> 2. Why would I not insure my goods knowing that I'm not covered?<br> <br> I know you guys will \INVESTIGATE"but I'm telling you now NEVER WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH YOU GUYS AGAIN"
