Bad and worst service ever

This company has consultants who are so ***********. I wrote an email to them last week and no one is resolving my query. Even their complaints department it's just a play ground. They keep on replying to my email with wrong information. I have to keep on using my time just to get one person who knows his/her job to assist me and no one knows what they actually doing. They keep on taking me back and forth giving me wrong numbers for ADRS. I am so angry. I regret the day I went to.one of their stores. So *********** and dont even put their customers first.
