Atrocious service

I teceived an sms to say i must pay mt acc on 31st december after it was deducted via debit order and earlt too on the 15rh december. These peoplw gave the worst customer service...you cant get through to thrm and they are ruining my credir score due to their atrocious service and incimpetence.
