Account sent to Attorneys even after arrangement

I had 3 accounts with hifi corporation, one account I paid up before the two years was up and the second one i was behind payment with two months and the third one with 3 months, I got a call from one of the consultant who offered me some insurance which increased the duration of my contract with 3 months and i declined after that my account was sent to the lawyers who called me and I made a payment arrangement with them that I would pay my account double every month until I was upto date. On the 25 th of july I decided to pay up one account and close it. I got a call from a johannes Mange who was very rude and did not want to have any arrangement with me even after I mentioned that I had paid up one of accounts and closed it, he went on to say why do even have accounts if you cant pay them, then he gave me a date to pay up which was 13 days earlier than what I wanted, after that I got a letter from the attorneys demanding I make payment arrangement, which I wanted to do in the first place but their consultant refused. Its sad that when you are willing to make your account upto date they treat you like a ********.
