account not closed and incorrect listing on ITC

I have made numerous phone calls to JD Financial Services with regards to my price n pride paid accounts. The facility was closed I have had too many problems with JD Financial Services to ensure the account reflects correctly - PAID UP AND CLOSED. I have given up on this lot - they are totally ***********. I just got my credit report from Transunion and XDS and I see that the accounts are STILL REFLECTS AS OPEN and that there is a balance THIS IS FALSE. Clearly this lot cannot do their job, and not to mention the countless phone calls and frustrating time spent on the phone trying to get hold of them and this sorted out. Empty promises from them to resolve this issue. They are truly ***********. This needs to be fixed. I want to report them to an Ombudsman as this issue should have been done with a long time ago already. This is totally ridiculous.
