bad service. they sell us a lie

Firstly Dodge i dont knowwhere you learnt your customer service skills from. These guys they try to get us cheap insurance which is a sham. Just a few weeks ago I was having a problem with u guys with my phone claim n now this issue with my car claim. Why is it that no one explained to me all these clauses and exclusions. I am not going to be liable for this money. Because you all weren't transparent with me
