Worst service ever from Gems along with Marara Pharmacy they have not delivered medication since 2-3 months ago and you call and you wait a long line and they drop your call and promise to call you and they do not call you back
Worst service ever from Gems along with Marara Pharmacy they have not delivered medication since 2-3 months ago and you call and you wait a long line and they drop your call and promise to call you and they do not call you back . The service is bad bad .We called and waited a long line and they said there is a co -payment that has to be paid and they placed me on hold for so long and we paid but what needs to be delivered is still not here .

Please know that your concerns have been escalated to our senior support and dispatch teams for urgent resolution. We are actively investigating why your delivery was delayed despite payment being made and will prioritize getting your medication to you as quickly as possible.
