Worst company ever to deal with in my 38 years on earth

Useless bunch. I dont know where to start even. Bonitas will have a ruined reputation soon due to your incompetence. If it is not a temp address that is not understood that it is a one time delivery, it is not all meds being sent or delays in delivery and dispatching. Now I am without chronic meds as no one has brains to call or email if the customer is unreachable to say your meds will not be able to be delivered due to what the reason is. No we wait till the day meds are delivered then only can we seen items are missing and we talking R34 here. Customer service is non existent and the staff lie on the phones to get you off the line. I can't even suggest how to fix it cause its all broken. Close down rather
