Useless and life threatening pharmacy
Marara pharmacy is useless. Last month they waited for the pharmacy to process the script, then they said no it was never escalated. Emergency delivery after 10 days. This month I phoned a week before designated delivery date to request earlier delivery but they want me to get authorisation from Bonitas to do that, after hours in the phone they understood I only Ned a 3 day earlier delivery. Now they processed only 1 wcript and not for both me and my husband. We are leaving on holiday tonight but they have a high call volume and still did not deliver. And only claimed for 1 person.
