Urgent Chronic meds needed
Loaded my new script from the beginning of march.
Received sms march 18th it is out for delivery.
Phoned today. And only 1 of my 2 chronic medication is out for delivery, not even my main chronic athma pump. I sent uploaded 2 scripts.
I wonder what would happen if something serious were to happen to me. I have had to buy asthma pumps in the meantime and it is not helping my chest. I spend over R200 airtime to get hold of the call centre.
This is atrocious service!! I have had to pay for quick relief pumps and airtime, I doubt I will get this money back.
I need my chronic medication!!!!
I am tired and need advice how to take this further. I paying a medical aid for efficient service and liable service. now I get this.
I would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration caused by the incomplete delivery of your chronic medication. I understand how important it is for you to have access to your prescribed medication, especially for your asthma pump, and I am deeply sorry for the impact this delay has had on your health and well-being.
First and foremost, I want to assure you that we are taking this matter seriously. It seems that there was an error in processing your order, which led to the omission of your asthma medication.
This is completely unacceptable, and I am personally ensuring that your full order, including the asthma pump, is expedited and delivered as a priority.I understand that you have already incurred additional costs for purchasing a quick relief asthma pump, and I apologize for this extra financial burden.
I would also like to thank you for bringing this to our attention. We take your feedback seriously and will be investigating what went wrong with your order to ensure this doesn’t happen again. Your health and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we are committed to improving our service.
Please allow me to arrange an immediate resolution for the delivery of your asthma pump.
Once again, I sincerely apologize for the distress this situation has caused.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

I have received an asthavrnt pump today, an eco haler. I had requested they send the normal asthavent pump as it is more efficient than the exo haler. This exo haler I'm not going to use and will be a waste.
I have not received my main asthma chronic pump, sereflo 50 250.
So essentially, I still don't have meds. This now has the possibility of only arriving next week.
Which is April.
So for the month of March I have received no medication. Wow.
And who is to say when I will get my April meds and if it will be the right ones.
Very concerned.
