Unpleasant Service

Very poor service , We were expecting medication to be delivered on Last week of January 2025 till date ( 2 weeks )we still have to received the insulin and high blood medication. They do not give us any updates on the delivery status unless if we are the ones doing a follow up or pestering them , they are just silent . When we first enquired they said we owe for the month of December and we asked for the statements because the current invoice says we not owing anything but they giving us the run around and putting us on the holding line until we give up. When we call Germs to complain they say they will deliver within 24 hours it has been over 48 hours with no feedback yet we are living with someone who is in need of Insulin .

This pharmacy is totally ***********, and risking people’s lives.
