Unacceptable Medication Delays – Health Put at Risk
Marara Pharmacy’s service has been extremely poor and unsafe. My first delivery took over a month, leaving me without medication. My most recent delivery was due on the 19th; today is the 22nd and I still have nothing. My last pill was taken on the 18th.
Despite multiple calls, I was repeatedly told the medication was “on the way,” which was untrue. There has been no urgency, accountability, or clear communication.
Medication is essential, not optional. Delays like this put patients’ health at risk. I have now returned to Clicks Pharmacy due to these repeated failures.
This level of service is unacceptable and needs urgent intervention.
