The Worst Pharmacy ever!!!!!

I was told that my medication would be delivered on the 18th February, I reiterated that my meds are up and would need the meds to be delivered asap, come the 18th February I didn't have any meds to take and I called and was advised the lines is very busy they will get someone to call me back....I waited the whole day and no one called me back and my meds were not delivered and I haven't taken my meds...last month I had the same problem with this pharmacy....my question is why must this always happen before you guys actually so your jobs and deliver people's medication, why should I always have to complain first for someone to actually catch a wake and do their job????? Bonitas really need to consider giving this contract to another pharmacy because wow this cannot be happening every month!!!!!
