so appalled with the service of Marara Pharmacy
I joined Bonitas this year and had to register for chronic medication as I am diabetic and have hypertension. I have never been so appalled by the service I got from Marara pharmacy which Bonitas insisted on. Their service is pathetic and a danger to their patients. The script was submitted on the 26/02/2026 and its been over a month and I have not received my medication. I have called them last week on this regard. They said they have escalated, today when I am calling they said they have network problems.
