Shocking.
The worst service provider I have ever had to deal with in any industry. In October they just did not bring my medication. No communication, no notification, nothing. Phone them, they hang up when they say they transfer you. You email, you get the automated answer that says your request has been received and assigned. And you never hear anything again. Eventually my broker got through to them. They say I am 5 months behind on my co-payments. But they never sent a statment or informed me that they will stop delivering. This all while I HAVE MADE MY PAYMENTS EVERY MONTH. Send them proof of payment... no feedback. I have been without my blood pressure meds for 9 days now. Can't take it anymore, it's getting critical now, so I will go and buy cash elsewhere.

So that resolves the issue of the medication (only after I placed a post here). I had to get my medication from the pharmacy in my town, they can't claim the medication from the medical aid, because you now also claimed in the same month. Who is going to pay for that? And you say "don't hesitate to reach out. Where do I reach out to? You don't respond to emails or take calls.
