Shocking & abysmal service ... AGAIN!!
Good day I am sure Marara Pharmacy was created to torment us! Worst service I have ever experienced with a Bonitas affiliated pharmacy! I submitted a new script approximately two weeks ago, the pharmacy promptly forgot to include the hypertension meds. Last week Thursday I mailed Marara and Bonitas regarding this, no action. I submitted a revised script over the weekend and queried my missing meds. No response. I called Marara today after receiving a cryptic email just stating "please assist", the call centre agent was friendly, however the so called pharmacist was as friendly as a dead fish. Before my issue was resolved the call was ended, and not by me. I requested a call-back on WhatsApp, guess what, I am still waiting.
Marara will be the reason why I leave Bonitas at the end of the day!!
