Constantly causing added stress by not delivering my mothers complete script. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME MU MOM IS WITHOUT ASPAVOR. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. You are messing witb someones health.

We are urgently investigating why your mother's script was not fulfilled correctly and will work with the pharmacy to ensure immediate resolution.
