Same like last month...
Same like last month, my medication has been up since the 13 March and I have still not received my medication, every month I have to lay a complaint on hellopeter in order to get then to do their jobs and get me my medication, last month the person dealing with my complaint advised she would make sure that this month I would get my medication on time, but gues what that was all lies....I called them in the beginning of last week to find out where my medication is and was advise they would escalate my query but gues what....haven't heard from them.....I am now at the point where I'm going to contact Bonitas Principal Officer Lee Callakoppen to make him aware of the bad name Marara Pharmacy is giving their brand and going to ask that they please urgently consider getting another Pharmacy because it honestly cannot go on like this, you guys are playing with people's lives due to your incompetence.
