Repeated Script Upload Failures & Broken Delivery Promises – Chronic Medication

I am extremely disappointed with the service received. I initially uploaded my wife’s epilepsy prescription on 19 January. After no delivery was received, I contacted the pharmacy and was informed that the upload “did not go through.” No notification was sent to advise us of this. I uploaded the prescription again on 10 February. After following up once more due to no delivery, I was told that the script had been uploaded to the wrong profile. Again, this was an internal error. I then uploaded the prescription for a third time and clearly indicated that this is urgent chronic epilepsy medication. I was assured the order was marked urgent and promised delivery on 16 February. On 16 February, after still not receiving the medication, I contacted them again and was informed that delivery would only take place on 17 February. This ongoing lack of internal controls, communication, and failure to honour delivery commitments has resulted in my wife potentially going without essential epilepsy management medication. When dealing with chronic medication, this is not simply an inconvenience — it is a serious health risk. I expect a full explanation as to: Why uploads are not being properly processed or verified Why customers are not notified of failed uploads Why delivery promises are made and not honoured This situation reflects extremely poor service and process management. I hope management treats this matter with the seriousness it deserves.
