Not even a word in the dictionary to describe this pathetic service
No star at all! Been battling for weeks with the same issue - been transferred from one person to the other - no one doing their job - keep on transferring me - ignoring emails - still owe me medication from last month - the new claim done today - also short - nobody want to assist and sort out - collected wrong medication weeks ago - still not credited ... i am speechless
