No service what so ever

You have a condition PMB, Bipolar. Your meds have been claimed 3 weeks prior and then 3 days before your meds are finished you phone them as a reminder to deliver meds. They PROMISE HIGH AND LOW THE MEDS WILL BE DISPENSED AS URGENT, WELL WELL MEDS STILL HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED. You phone them the phone rings and rings and when someone finally answers they are *********** to deal with you. Rather say we dont know when the meds will be delivered instead of lying. I have been without meds now for 2 days but when they want their co payment you have to be quick about it. They think if they phone you with an apology it eases the situation. Well it does not. Bonitas made a HELL OF A MISTAKE signing up with these clowns
