Marara - Worst pharmacy ever.
Worst pharmacy ever with terrible customer service. Since Bonitas has changed over to Marara, my chronic medication has been delayed or simply doesn't arrive. When you call, they have high call volumes. When you DO get through, they are not well trained and imaptient, and eventually just put the phone down without a polite, no thanks and goodbye. They send a co-payment link that goes nowhere. I've been reduced to collecting my meds from Click, which shows sympathy as MANY patients have the same problem. If you can avoid them, do so. I'm considering changing medical aids. Poor customer service and probably unable to handle the workload sent to them by Bonitas.
