Marara Pharmacy - SHOCKING, - NO SERVICE AT ALL!!
What a utterly pathetic excuse for a pharmacy Bonitas Medical aid decided to use as their service provider.
Scripts sent to Marara pharmacy for my nanny Mrs Nthara who is on chronic medication has not been sent to her since the scrips were mailed in beginning September - we have to buy the medication privately to make sure she gets what she needs.
How can a service be this bad, and how can BONITAS allow this to happen to elderly members. SHOCKING!!!!!!
Pharmacy Direct was bad BUT nothing comes close to this useless service provider.
MANAGEMENT TAKE CHARGE!
