Marara Pharmacy, as useless as a broken ***********

Marara Pharmacy took over from Pharmacy Direct as from 1 March 2025 if you are a member of Bonitas - BonCap, as their network pharmacy. If you use a different pharmacy, you will have a 20% co-payment. My script was submitted on the 18th of February 2025 so be gathered and shipped to my residential address. Now to give you a better perspective on this mess, I am a diabetic type 2 and I use Warfarin due to my blood stalling in my body. Needless to say, I am a chronic medicine user, which means I use these medications to stay alive. Today is the 5th of March 2025 and the clowns at Marara Pharmacy still haven't sent my medicine. They were quick to notify me that according to them, Glucomin is out of stock in South Africa etc. Well, that is a problem, but it is not my problem! These idiots are withholding me from medication and they are putting my life in danger. If something happens to me, because I don't receive the meds that keep me alive, Marara Pharmacy will be kept responsible for that and they will suffer the consequences for their useless service. Marara can also pay my medical aid premium for March 2025, as I pay for services and medication that I don't receive from my so-called "provider". People, be VERY cautious when you subscribe to Bonitas Medical fund! They have lots of fine print and excuses after you become a member of them and they make deals with retarded companies like Marara Pharmacy and the members suffer due to that. Is this the 35% pass rate on school level that shines through now? In a questionable country like South Africa, no company can afford to render low-level service like this to the public! How would you like to read more on social media like FaceBook and TikTok? I have no problems in giving the public facts about pathetic low-class service such as this. I'm pretty sure a lot of people would question a pharmacy which withholds patients from life-supporting medicine. Marara, I'm sure you have enough I.Q to have figured it out already, but you are about as useless as a broken ***********!
