Why move us from Pharmacy Direct where everything was handled professionally to this joke of a pharmacy?

I sent through my prescription on the 9th of Jan, a few more re-sends and to date no action accept acknowledgement smses as of this was not funny enough only to receive an sms from Bonitas telling me how worried they are I didn't send through my script. When calling the pharmacy they telling me how I attached the wrong thing and yet they failed to merely respond to the mail a month and few days later.

The one star is only there because I cannot review without a one.
