Marara pharmacy
Again I have to phone in to this pathetic pharmacy to make enquiries about the delivery if our medication. My medical aid paid them on the 11th of June and still no delivery of medication. It seems that the pharmacist's is *********** or deliberately ******** to do their jobs. There is also no competent manager who is willing to take up the phone and phone me back or sort this poor service out. Every time for the last 5 months it is the same. Always my queries get escalated to who knows. Another *********** person? I say again unless otherwise proven Marara pharmacy is like their name. Poor service delivery like many other.
