Marara and Bonitas **** **** ****
I have logged previous complaints against Marara with no comeback from Bonitas. now i see that they, Marara, has submitted a claim which Bonitas has just included on my statement without querying anything. it is a claim for acute medication not chronic. and the medication is invalid which i have also raised with them numerous time. I have called Bonitas AND Marara but no one was able to help me resolve this. Bonitas refers me to Marara when i pay my money over to them and Marara does absolutely NOTHING with my complaints!
