LOSS DUE NEGLIGENCE

Dear Marara Pharmacy Management,

I am writing this email to express my deep disappointment and outrage regarding the ongoing negligence displayed by your pharmacy, which has had devastating consequences for my family.

On 18 July 2025, I tragically lost my father due to your pharmacy's failure to dispatch critical medication on time. Despite prior follow-ups and reliance on your services, the medication was not delivered, contributing directly to his passing. This level of disregard for patient well-being is utterly unacceptable and inexcusable.

Regrettably, I am now experiencing a similar delay with my mother's medication, despite having contacted your pharmacy numerous times to resolve the matter. Your continued lack of urgency and accountability places lives at risk and demonstrates a serious breach of professional responsibility.

I have had enough of the poor service and repeated failures. Please be informed that I will be reporting this matter to the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC) and will be initiating an official legal process to hold Marara Pharmacy accountable for its gross negligence and the irreversible damage it has caused.

I expect a formal written response from your pharmacy within 48 hours. Should you fail to respond or take meaningful corrective action, I will proceed without further notice.
