Longest time to deliver Chronic meds with no excuse
I sent chronic medication scripts to Marara pharmacy on 17 March 2025 and todays marks 2 weeks of nothing being done. No updates, I followed up twice but still have gotten no joy, I sent a complaint to their complaints department but i still have no feedback. We had to move from Pharmacy direct to Marara as per Bonitas new rule but i must say this is the worst move ever. The service is pathetic, your 1st impressions were a negative 0

I did receive the deliveries yesterday.
I am still uncertain and concerned regarding the next delivery.
I suggest you start preparing to deliver it now since it takes you over 2 weeks to deliver.
I don't want to be in this same situation again end of the month.
