Incompetence
I'm extremely dissatisfied with Marara Pharmacy's service. My mom's medication hasn't been couriered yet, and that is totally unacceptable!
The last delivery was incomplete, containing only one box of pills instead of the full prescription.
Despite numerous follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved, and we're still waiting for the medication.
According to what they said last Thursday 23/10/2025 they said the medication would be delivered the very same day and to date we still have not received anything.
