Horrible experiance / Criticle Chronic meds not received.

What horrible experiance. Its been over 2weeks now with now responce from this pharmacy adn BONITAS is doing NOTHING about this. They dont even bother to respond to emails !! I need criticle daiabetic meds and now have to pay out of pocket because its been 14 days since we submitted ...what te hel !!!!!!
