Bonitas and Marara Pharmacy have repeatedly failed to deliver my elderly mother’s chronic medication. Late deliveries, incorrect quantities, and expired medication show pure neglect of patients and a failure of professional responsibility. Chronic medication is time-critical & mistakes put patients at risk.

What is most alarming is the absence of accountability. I have been forced to arrange emergency medication elsewhere, absorb additional costs, and carry an exhausting administrative burden.

Bonitas must intervene decisively, Marara Pharmacy is impacting your BRAND! I am sharing this publicly because private escalation has failed. I am now forced to incur additional costs by using a third party to ensure my mother receives her medication — despite paying for a medical aid that should provide this as a standard member benefit.
