Good day My parents are on Boncap Bonitas Medical Aid They are on chronic medication Ever since marara pharmacy has taken over delivering their chronic medication its a night mare This month my mums medication has not been delivered due to them reading the wrong script that had a co-payment on it Elderly people are very needy and without their correct medication other health issues can develop If marara pharmacy can consider a way forward by means of maybe asking the members of the medical aid to pay the co-payment on delivery or give them the alternative to add the amount due to their monthly premiums.
