Dispensing incorrect/insufficient medication
I send my scripts timeously. They do not dispense as per the script. They send Asthavent instead of Venteze inhaler. This month they did not send either. They take forever to answer their phones and also cuts off while being transferred to the pharmacy dept. They also do not inform me in time to make co-payments and as a result they don't deliver the medication. Pathetic service.
