disgusted!!!!!!
Another month has passed, and the same unacceptable issues persist. My parents’ prescription medications have once again not been filled. The level of incompetence displayed is deeply concerning, especially from an organization entrusted with the distribution of life-saving medication.
Despite being transferred to both a representative and a supervisor, I am still awaiting a call back. This repeated negligence is inexcusable.
I respectfully request immediate assistance in resolving this matter. This situation has gone on long enough.

We would like to clarify that part of the delay this month stemmed from a pending request for additional clinical information, which was made after a discussion between our Clinical Department and the medical aid on 20 June 2025. This information is essential for processing and authorizing certain prescribed items to ensure they meet both medical and funding criteria.
We also regret the lack of follow-up after your interaction with our representative and supervisor. This is not in keeping with the standard of service we strive to provide, and we are taking steps internally to address the lapse in communication.
Once again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and distress caused. Please rest assured that we are treating this matter with the highest priority, and we are committed to ensuring the necessary medication is delivered without further delay.
