Disgraceful Service – Marara Pharmacy is Failing Chronic Patients
Marara Pharmacy is a disgrace to the healthcare profession. Their attitude towards patients on chronic medication is careless, unprofessional, and downright dangerous. Deliveries are regularly delayed or missed completely, with zero communication or accountability. People are defaulting on life-sustaining treatment because of this pharmacy’s gross incompetence.
The staff clearly have no interest in helping anyone, they show no urgency, no compassion, and no understanding of the critical role they’re supposed to play. It feels like they’re just showing up to collect a paycheck while patients suffer the consequences. Calling themselves pharmacists is an insult to the profession.
Marara Pharmacy should be investigated for the damage they are causing. If you care about your health or the health of your loved ones, avoid this place at all costs. Chronic patients deserve better ,much better, than this neglectful and heartless service.

With such an essential function, one would expect a high level of professionalism, accountability, and care. Unfortunately, Marara Pharmacy continues to fall shockingly short. Many of your clients rely on strict medication adherence, to default through no fault of their own. Such negligence is not just inconvenient, its life threatening.
Chronic medication isn't a luxury it’s a lifeline. A pharmacy entrusted with this duty must understand the weight of its role and act accordingly.
This is a call for urgent improvement. The community deserves a pharmacy that puts patients first and takes its responsibilities seriously not one that leaves people in danger through incompetence and apathy.
If you want to be respected in this community, then act like healthcare providers, not salary collectors. Take ownership of your role. Rebuild trust. Honour the ethical duty that comes with your licence to operate. Chronic patients depend on you and right now, you are letting them down.
