BONCAP Pensioner Chronic medication no acknowledgement or delivery
BONCAP member chronic medication This member is a pensioner and required her medication earlier this month. Despite emails and WhatsApp messages since 13 January 2025 no acknowledgement of the script has been received. She has never had a single problem with Pharmacy Direct until the change to Marara Pharmacy this year. PD has also made an effort to escalate this. This complaint is her last resort to get some assistance, and I trust someone in your office does consider Hello Peter reviews/complaints as urgent.
