Absolutely horrible and a risk to your health

If I could give zero stars I would. My medical aid recently moved to Marara Pharmacy as a DSP and the experience with them have been absolutely horrible! They are not reliable when it comes to critical medication that needs to be dispensed monthly and it always ends up in a situation where you need to raise concerns and complaints to get any type of service at all. Every month is the same issue that repeats over and over again and no one at this company actually seems to know what they're doing or even care at all. I'd rather pay the 30% co-pay to use a reliable pharmacy than risk and compromise my health with this one!

If you value your health I would recommend that other people stay as far away from this pharmacy as they possibly can.
