EXCESSIVE BILLING

Marantos and Associates charged me R16 000 for tax returns 2014 and 2015. I did all the work myself, excel spread sheet with the cost and income and he even charged me R969 for submitting it to SARS on e-filling. The cost is unreasonable seeing that my company did not even make R1 mil for both years.<br> <br> Secondly he refuses to give my sars e-filing login details therefore cant submit my UIF returns. This can't be legal. He also called the person that referred me to him and was very insulting about me stating he needs to choose which people he has in his life.<br> <br> He claims to be professional, but it is all about the money and nothing to do with the client. How can a small company with less than a Mil turn over pay an accountant so much money? Secondly I still have to pay SARS more than R13 000 as well as R8000 personal. Small companies can't survive against bullies like this.
